Qualifications: Italian Attorney-at-law (Milan Bar) since 2000; Specialist in Business and Insolvency Law.
Practice areas: commercial, corporate and real estate law, with particular experience in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, sale and acquisition of business units; corporate re-structuring; shareholder’s and investment agreements; private equity and turnaround operations; insolvency law; corporate due diligence; corporate financing; acquisition, sale, leasing, mediation, franchising and re-structuring of commercial real-estate; real-estate funds; national and international contracts.
Education: Catholic University of Milan, Doctor in Laws, 1995.
Memberships: Scientific committee of the Course for Independent Company Directors of the Milan Bar Association, Italian Lawyers’s Association (LAF).
Languages: English and French (fluently).
Lectures: Regular lecturer of Corporate Law for Master courses and seminars organized by the Milan Bar Association.
